The history of La Truite de la Loue in Quingey

La Truite de la Loue in Quingey (25, Doubs) near Besançon is run by Hélène and Davy Ruffin, both of whom are passionate about the hotel and restaurant business.

After an apprenticeship at the Poker d'As (Besançon, 25, Doubs), followed by experiences at the restaurants of the Eiffel Tower and the Montparnasse Tower (Paris, 75), Davy and Hélène returned to their home region, the Doubs. For 10 years, they owned a bistronomic restaurant in Besançon (25, Doubs). In 2022, they fell in love with the potential of La Truite de la Loue, which they bought and renovated to their taste.

This building in France, dating back more than 100 years, has become over the years a real institution and a landmark for the many travellers passing through the region!
